I love Crossfit and all the pain involved in it. I know that sounds weird but it really is one of the best methods I have used to get in top shape quickly. I tap into my inner wrestler/body builder when I'm on the Crossfit floor as the adrenaline starts pumping and the competition builds.
I went on my first international trip this year and despite the major stomach sickness I caught while out there, I loved it! It took me a long time to get my passport but going on this trip opened my eyes to the world in crazy, fresh ways. I can't wait for my next adventure.
I get tired sometimes! LOL. Honestly, I've been tired lately but most of it is due to my lack of discipline with working out and eating healthy. Once I get my schedule back on track, I shouldn't be so tired then this one may come off my list.
I'm not sure what I want to teach yet but standing in front of people educating them fuels me.
This one I can do as often as I want but honestly, sometimes life comes and knocks you down to a point that you feel like you can't get up. Or if you do get up, you feel like you may be wounded again. God is still working with me on this one because too often my first response has been to run and hide when pain hit. Everyday, I'm learning fresh ways to deal with pain and my response to rejection. I thank God that He stands beside me as I walk this life that is great and unpredictable at the same time.
