Start somewhere! Haha. Really though, make a plan. Start by deciding what you want to change. Ask yourself, what in your life do you want to be better and how can you make it happen? Sit down, take out a piece of paper and write down small, practical ways you can make your goal happen. Depending on the goal, you may need to break it down by hour or some can be week-to-week but make sure your steps are practical for you. Once you have it broken down, share it with someone for accountability. You need help staying the course so choose a person who will ask the tough questions when necessary.
Just remember it is never too late to start something. Your success depends on you and how disciplined you become along the way. You can do it!
